Pristine Periodontics & Implants is out-of-network with all dental insurance policies. We will gladly file all dental claims for any given treatment, but we are not in network with your insurance. The balance is your responsibility, whether your insurance company pays for your treatment or not. You are responsible for all charges, and your insurance company will reimburse you.
